The final report is comprised of four construction analysis completed throughout the spring semester of the 5th year in the AE program.  The report includes opportunities and solutions to several problems and parts of a construction project. This report focuses on the third phase of the Intramural Building at Penn State.  Each analysis includes a cost and schedule analysis as well as an analysis of other factors.  Conclusions and recommendations are also made for each potential opportunity.  For a full PDF version of the report please click on the image to the right.  For an executive summary outlining the report further please click on the image to the left.
